Speaking Engagements

I speak about cancer survivorship, embodiment, spiritual deconstruction, and reclaiming your life after everything breaks. My talks are grounded, honest, and rooted in lived experience, not theory, not inspiration porn, just truth. If you're looking for a speaker who can hold complexity, name hard things, and invite people into their own becoming, let's talk.

Engagement Topics

I offer keynotes, workshop facilitation, and panel participation on the following topics:

Cancer Survivorship & Life After Treatment
What no one tells you about survival - navigating identity, grief, and rebuilding when "beating cancer" doesn't feel like winning. For cancer organizations, survivor networks, and healthcare providers.

Embodiment After Trauma
Reclaiming your body after illness, violence, or disconnection. For wellness organizations, LGBTQ+ centers, and anyone working with trauma survivors.

Spiritual Deconstruction & Reconstruction
Reframing inherited religion and building something true. For secular/humanist groups, progressive faith communities, and people navigating their own spiritual unraveling.

Writing as Healing
Using memoir and personal narrative as tools for processing grief, reclaiming voice, and making meaning. For writing groups, creative organizations, and educators.

Music as Healing: Song, Story, and Survival
A talk woven with live music. I share my story of cancer survivorship, embodiment, and spiritual reclamation - and I sing the songs I wrote to process it. Music opens what words alone can't reach. For events seeking something intimate, unusual, and deeply moving. Best for: Cancer organizations, grief support spaces, creative/arts events, wellness retreats, and audiences ready for vulnerability.

Queer & Trans Embodiment
What it means to come home to your body when the world told you it wasn't yours. For Pride events, LGBTQ+ organizations, and healthcare settings.

I Work With:

Cancer organizations and survivor networks
LGBTQ+ centers and Pride events
Progressive faith communities and secular groups
Writing and creative organizations
Wellness and embodiment practitioners
Universities and educational institutions

Formats I Offer:

Keynote talks (15-45 minutes)
Workshop facilitation (30-90 minutes)
Panel participation
Fireside chats / Q&A

All talks can be delivered in-person or virtually.

Performing Engagements

I've been a singer and musician since childhood. I'm a songwriter with the Teen Cancer America Play It Back Program, and I was the president, beatboxer, and alto for my college a cappella group, Harmonyx. Music has always been how I process what words can't hold. I write and perform songs about love, embodiment, grief, and the feelings in between. Sometimes I weave live music into my talks, using song to open what spoken word alone can't reach.
